Pleasure as a philosophy

Here’s what I stand for: my philosophy centers around the idea that pleasure can be a guiding force in your life.

And by pleasure I mean a state of being deeply aligned with yourself and your values, rather than being satisfied by a fleeting moment of physical sensation.

My work is about encouraging you to listen to your body, set boundaries, and prioritize pleasure in your life.

I’ve developed a methodology that helps you tap into your internal yes and no, so you can use pleasure as a tool for decision-making, boundary setting and divining the direction that is right for you.

Ultimately, I am here to help you create a liberated life that is aligned with your deepest desires and brings you true fulfillment.

This is what matters most to me: you living an aligned, powerful, playful life that is filled with joy and purpose. A life that is free from the shackles of societal expectations and the limiting beliefs that hold you back. It’s about unlocking your full potential and living authentically in a way that honors your unique needs and desires.

And so I am deeply excited to announce my upcoming program, Pleasure Compass. It’s a six-week journey to help you tap into your pleasure as a guiding force in your life. We’ll focus on connecting you to your body, emotions, and values, and using that connection as a personal gps to make aligned decisions and set boundaries.

Pleasure Compass is a more structured program than The Great Pleasure Challenge, with weekly meetings, exercises, and practice labs to help you integrate the tools into your life.

If you’re ready to create a life that’s truly aligned with your desires, if you’re ready to break free from the old patterns that no longer serve you and step into a life of pleasure and possibility, I invite you to join me on this journey towards liberation.

Space is limited, comment “interested” and I’ll reach out with more information.
